It depends where & when you buy the ticket You can buy a Greyhound ticket either at greyhound.com or at any 7-Eleven or at any terminal if you buy the ticket two weeks in advance it'll be cheaper and if you buy it Monday through Thursday it will be cheaper But it's around $300 for tomorrow...online
