Awsome experience. Beautiful views of the area including whales. The boat was more windy than in the air so having a conversation was very easy. Crew was great. Have a beer while you wait.

We went to go parasailing with my 5 yr old daughter and it ended up she was too small to fit the harness. We were all extremely sad and disappointed that we didn't get to go. The kiddo was crying. It was not the day we had planned. That being said, the captain and this company put my child's safety above all else, and words cannot thank them enough for that. They were apologetic and offered a full refund. A lot of people and companies will claim, "safety first" but Pacific Parasail practices it. We'll definitely be visiting them again in a few years. And for the record, kiddos need to be about 65 lbs to fit safety in the smallest harness they have. Thank you Pacific Parasail!

Great ride and was very safe, but the activity time was way too short. Why is the time slot scheduled for an hour and the check-in is 30 minutes prior to that? You're only up in the air for 10 minutes and the total time in the boat plus in the air is 25 minutes top. With the expensive price tacked on..wouldn't recommend.

My wife and two granddaughters had a fantastic time. It was obvious that the crew knew their jobs. They worked well with our girls and addressed their fears. The experience will last forever in their memories . . . or at least until we take them on their second flight! They are ready to go.
