Theres this cat that has been under my patio and has been meowing all night and I finally convinced the cat to come to me and I got her in my dog's cage. Can I bring her there to drop off??

Do you take in dogs that bite? I need to give up our mini schnauzer. I now live in a retirement apt. and he is extremely protective of me & I can't take the chance of him hurting someone that lives here.
My sister has 4 cute 4 month old kittens that need good homes, the momma cat is pregnant and about to give birth & they have a male kitten about 8 months old that needs to get fixed. My sister is disable and on a fixed income. She lives in SeaTac.
