My neighbors two dogs bark constantly all night long. Is there anyway to shut them up? I don't want to cause friction between the neighbors and me. Is there anyway to get these dogs under control without myself being involved?

Pet store has no bark device. Point at barking dogs and they well stop, n with time stop barking constantly. Device uses same property's as the dog whistles. High pitch whistles only the dog hears.
