They give a lot of lip service but don't follow up on what they tell you. Trying to get the next size up trash cart since May and every week they tell me it'll be done on your next pickup day. Would not use them if City of Renton didn't force residents to do so.

More broken promises then a bad politician. Two times in a row they have missed picking up my yard waste. After the garbagegate fiasco and all the complaints that were justifiably filed with the UTC I had hoped this company would decide to change their ways…yet they continue to fall short. The promise of “don’t worry we’ll come pick it up tomorrow since we missed it again” meant nothing. Tomorrow comes and goes and my yard waste container is still sitting full of grass clippings on the curb.

Yard waste pickup day was on Friday. Only 1/2 was emptied, grass stayed at the bottom. These trucks do not tilt the container enough to have everything slide out. Years ago they would jiggle the lift to free up anything left behind. This is not done anymore, at least with this particular drive. In calling, I was told they would return later that day or on Monday. Monday came and went. Today (Tuesday) I called to report this. Another promise to pick it up with the comment "will try". It no wonder they have such a poor user rating. Kent needs to switch the contract to responsible agency.

The drivers are constantly, very rude and unprofessional. This company driver knocked over my garbage can in a fit of rage cussing and screaming and left this mess in my community! On my front porch! I can't believe I'm paying for this!

I sure hope they don’t for your sake . They are the worse !! I’ve had a lot of garbage company’s in my life time and hands down Republic is a 1 out of 10 .. And judging from the reviews I’m not the only one... What sucks is I’m stuck with them and have been for 8 yrs😠🤬😳
It will be regular pick up on Thursday depending on weather again it was a rough week with weather all routes were canceled for safety for our drivers

Unfortunately, no. They need to go in your trash as they are not biodegradable.

Unfortunately the Kent location is not a dumping facility, it's a location where the trucks are based out of.
Weather permitting, the company is doing home pickups. They also set up drop locations in Kent, Auburn, Renton and Covington today and tomorrow if your roads are too difficult to access.
