Is there a way to confirm which side of the track to board the southbound train? In the past the board was wrong and we had to run to the other side. We have someone in a wheel chair today and that won't be as easy.

You can ask anyone as soon as you enter, and just double check with two persons so that you are 100% sure

Most of the time the southbound train is on track 2 while the northbound train is on track 1 if the train comes in on the opposite track normally the conductor will try to wait

If your asking about the sounder is doesn't run on weekends. Unfortunatly there is no way to know which side to be on to catch the right train asaide from asking the station attendant. I ride it north every morning and South in the afternoons, morning its mostly track 2, and the same in the afternoon.
