TERRIBLE PLACE w/ TERRIBLE employees.. my niece and I stood there for 10 min waiting for someone to come help us, mind you there are at least 10 employees working, 5 of them grouped up in the corner laughing and just hanging out no one had a care in the world that we “white folk” were there!! These young THUGS are lazy, racist and are thieves!!! My niece set her phone down while looking at shoes to try on and all of a sudden seconds later when she realized she left her phone sitting in bench she turned to grab it and poof GONE!!!! These young worthless employees alll just scatter, don’t want to help like they don’t understand what your saying and just ignore you when your freaking out because her phone was JUST grabbed off the bench & I know in my heart that it was one of the employees that grabbed it.. I believe they do this sort of thing often just so they can sell it! Either way if it wasn’t one of them they were HORRIBLE with helping us about it. This store needs a complete overhaul of employees or at the least hire more diverse & respectful people. I can’t tell you enough how uncomfortable that store makes me feel and hate management doesn’t do anything about making a more friendly store! I’ll never step foot in that store again.

Terrible! They act like ain’t want no sales I was walking towards the store for the bubblegum 1s and they all go up to the store n all the employees even the manager says they’re sold out. Ik for a fact that was a lie it was still on the display and then I saw someone else goes in there and he buys that pair and says he bought the last pair when I asked about them even though he came after I tried coming I ain’t even make it to the store yet. Another time I came for the patent 1s I was first in line and then told when the door open that it was for “raffle winners” only for the toddler sizes? Uh yeah no lmaoo the fact that Ik someone who also got them n said he got them and there was no raffle.

Southcenter location champs is super annoying. I never get greeted whenever I go in because it’s a bunch of little kids as employees who think they are too cool working at a shoe store. They are always chatting it up with fellow employees and could care less about you. I avoid this store because of that.
