There's no WAY I would recommend this place to anyone I know or meet! Referred by my local Concentra, that it was a walk-in clinic, open until 3 pm, I arrived arrived at 12:00 willing to wait because of an urgency to get my DOT physical. I was told they were filled up for the day. I was, told to return on Monday since they were open till 5. I arrived at 1:45, was the last one seen and the provider rushed through with my needing to return once again the following day with more medical documentation. Tuesday, getting there at the same time, I was put in an exam room a few minutes after 3, and was again the last one seen, even though, since my case was pending, I was told I would be next in line of those presently waiting when I first got there. Different provider. Learned the provider of previous day, forgot to notice an apparently important piece of information on my history. I left without the certification I so needed and have been unable to work for a whole week now....after spending over 7 hours waiting those 2 days, and over a half tank of gas headed south at peak traffic time. DON'T GO!!!

I needed a DOT physical under a deadline I had to meet and walk-in was the only answer. It took 3 consecutive tries but, the sincerity in the customer service at the front desk led by Jasmine was outstanding. Jasmine led a relentless charge in getting my DOT physical complete before my deadline. Thank you Mrs Jasmine and the entire Concentra staff, you guys were amazing.

Came today for DOT physical exam at 8am waiting to be called until 4hrs later to get my blood pressure taken and drug test. +2 more hours for the doctor just to see me and got check. I like this place, its nice to spend a day if you like to wait and see people going in and out..moving forward to be back soon maybe is going to be 8am-5pm wait time. >:)

I came to this site, after another Concentra site(Denny Way) lost my drug test. I was very satisfied and happy that my results were processed & sent to my employer within a hour of taking the test—getting me out of the rut w/there being a delay with my start date. Daisy was also wonderful, friendly, quick and very helpful! I am thankful for this site today!!
