I have seen an occasional dog on a leash enter with their owner/handler when they pick up a to-go drink; however most owners will tie up their dog outside if they are going to be inside for a while.
I've seen dogs on the patio often, but only seen a dog inside once and it could have been a support animal.
Does have a parking lot ?
It's a fairly tight space, so I wouldn't reccommend it for either your dog or the company.
