Gold gate is open
Each gate has a turnstile that you walk through. They are located behind the buildings where you purchase tickets to enter. The turnstiles gave Fair employees that scan your entry tickets.

Gold Gate is definitely open, I don't know what back gates are open. Hope this helps.
