During the week and jot when there is a concert
Mornings are great. We got there before it opened and parking was still a mess. Hint: Go to the blue gate. Lines to get in are MUCH shorter there.
So the Washington state fair lasts for two weeks I'm pretty sure but normally if you go on a Thursday or a Friday it's somewhat less busy and you also get to go on all the rides because some days they have them down for maintenance
