Actually there's a sign on the ticket booth that says some of the rides will close in the event of rain. It's not specific to what rides on the sign
Yes. Definitely. Only way a concert wouldn't go on is if the artist decided not to play or if everything gets shorted out by lightening. Just dress appropriately to ensure your comfort.
