Have a slap tear to my shoulder. Causes a lot of pain and restriction of movement. Looking to have surgery to have it fixed. I am 45 and in top shape. Can anyone recomend a surgeon or procedure ?

Richard Kirby is the guru of all shoulder surgeons. He repaired my Rotator Cuff, and short of an NFL QB position, it is full purpose. 1/2 dozen of our tenured friends would tell you the same thing, as it seems to be an inevitable surgery.
