Is there anyone enforcing the rules? The park has had problems with dogs off the leash and extremely loud music. I love our park for many reasons but I don't go as often as I'd like because of these reasons. What can one do about it?

Most Parks only have people that come and pick up the garbage and empty the trash. There's no monitoring, so to speak. I believe that's a county park, there's probably a phone number on a sign somewhere, you can call or check online. It's frustrating when people don't observe the rules at the park, though, I get you. Not everybody loves other people's dogs, especially when they put their noses up your shorts.

As the summer hits i usually only hear loud music on the weekends as people host their events an bbqs havent really seen dogs off leash without owner right by them

How often has that happened? Everytime i go there's nobody playing music loud. I see dogs running around sometimes but with their owners with them. But i frequently fish that lake. I'm not sure about enforcement though. Sorry
