There was one but it didn't do very well and got shut down.
Not a store solely dedicated to anime. But i am pretty sure they have other stores in or around the mall that do. Not too sure of he names of these stores but the directory in the mall should tell you. Good luck!!!
No sadly but thete is a few stores that have anime and other things along those lines like think geek.
