There are spaces you can rent, both smaller rooms near the pool, and also larger court rooms or half court rooms. They want about $600 up front to secure the reservation for a half court room if rented for 4 hours. And then the deposit is due two weeks before the event.

I believe that they do. I have seen several parties being held in rooms by the pool. I'm not sure if they have other rooms aside from the ones by the pool.
