Yes Silverdale has a nice weight area.
YMCA in Silverdale Washington has every thing you could ever want in a gym, it's drawback really crowded
The Haselwood/Silverdale has an outstanding setup for weights.
Excellent selection of workout equipment at Hazelwood /Silver YMCA
Speaking from my experience at the Silverdale location. they do have a weight area for doing free weights it's not a room per say. It is however more of a open area and well laid out.
