Was looking for a couple of different items in jewelry area. Noone said hello nor asked if I needed help finding anything. Also, when I was ready to checkout, there was NOONE at the front checkout area or the doors. I waited for 5 minutes before someone came up and asked if I was ready to checkout. Some of the worst customer service I've had here!

Excellent selection of fabrics and notions!! My son gave me a Joann's Gift Card for Christmas, and it was the gift that kept on giving all year long!!! The ladies that work there are friendly and helpful; and the store was open almost the entire pandemic, which was thoughtful.

JOANN fabrics, like Michael's is great place for people who craft. Where JOANN fabric shines is the ability to get a wide variety of sewing items such as a large option of different fabrics, threads, needles, and sewing machines, knitting, paper crafting etc along with crafting stuff for bakers, jewelers and a ample supply of items for Holiday crafting. Employees are friendly, and the prices like any craft store can be a little expensive but utilize those coupons and sales. I love shopping at Joann's during Halloween and Christmas seasons, so much to look at and plenty of items to buy. This store is appears to be clean, organized and isles are uncluttered.
