Went to this office today to get some random issues that my elderly mom encountered. After hours and hours on phone calls with the primary IRS number, nothing was fixed. Made an appointment with this office and drove a lengthy drive to get there. Everyone in the office was polite and professional. The nice woman that helped my mom today did a wonderful job in looking into the issue, explaining, and overall being helpful. Definitely a far better experience than my stereotypical expectation of an IRS office. Thank you!

We needed one simple item for our mortgage broker. When I made the appointment I was assured the office could print out everything we needed. When we got there we unfortunately spoke with a large blond woman who was as unpleasant as she was unattractive. She was very rude and insisted she could not print anything but the transcripts, which I could print out at home. Our mortgage broker said he has plenty of clients who get the same thing with no problem. We just had the bad luck of dealing with a horrible employee who didn't want to do her job.

Sorry to hear about all the bad experiences every one seemed to have here. Mine was just the opposite. The security guard was very polite and the lady who helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was in and out in literally fifteen minutes or less. An overall very positive experience.

If I could I would give 0 stars. The security guard and the woman have such hostile attitudes, regardless of your cooperation. Never been to an irs office until now & now I really don’t want to go back. I can’t give a sh** if the government shuts down again. If you’re really unhappy with your job then just quit instead of making others lives miserable while being in your presence. I highly recommend to save yourself the trip.
