Reservations are recommended for the inside. The rooftop patio is open seating though. Expect it to be crowded when its nice out.

I would highly recommend reservations. As the weather warms up it will be quite busy. You can shoot for an open spot at the bar itself, but the seating around the fire pits and the rooftop would most likely need a reservation to insure you're not left hanging.
