I have no idea how this place has good ratings. Service was great. Environment was nice, conveniently located outside our hotel. Ordered the pretzels which were fried. We were starving from a long day, but they were very oily. Sauce they are served with us not cheese nor mustard. Flavorless. Waited for our deluxe burger and pot pie. Pot pie has no flavor what so ever. I have tasted frozen pot pies that have more to offer. This is the hamburger I got which would have been the last thing to flip my experience. It was served with an extremely toasted piece of bread, what we all do when we decide on hamburgers for dinner and realize we ran out of buns. This is exactly what happened. I asked why my burger came like this, sure enough, they ran out of buns. I wish we were warned of this when ordering. Felt like we were just served and hoping we didn’t say anything. Unfortunately, I’d you’re hungry, not a place to stop for food. People around us seemed to enjoy the adult beverages.

Had a reservation for 7:30pm and came in a bit early, asked to get a table earlier then my reservation and they gladly let us get a table early. Customer service was top notch and food came quick and was absolutely delicious. Their chicken pot pie was the best pie I've ever had and the pretzel bites appetizer was so yummy especially the cheese sauce that comes with it. I totally recommend this restaurant!

Since I was staying above this restaurant in Motif Seattle, I thought I'd give it a try for lunch before rushing off to the airport. I was very impressed with the quality of the steak salad — one of the very best I have enjoyed during my long life. The steak was freshly cooked to my preferred medium rare and was very tasty. Combined with crisp lettuce, red onions and blue cheese crumbles, it was delicious. I did not drink any beer, but they have a wonderful selection. The bartender was charming, communicative and attentive. A wonderful experience!
