My wife, son, daughter-in-law, 2 young granddaughters and I visited Golden Age Collectibles yesterday, March 18. What the owner posted, we witnessed first hand as we eagerly awaited our turn to enter the store. Everyone was masked and using the sanitizer and keeping safe distances from each other, which I appreciated immensely. The store is simply amazing. I've been a super hero and Star Wars nerd for 45 years and my jaw was dropping and eyes going wide on every single isle. There are so many wonderful movie posters, figurines, bobble heads, books and magazines to look at that you simply cannot see them all in one visit. I absolutely loved our shopping there and my son now knows that when we come visit him and his family, Golden Age Collectibles is an absolute must stop on our family trips to the Market. Terrific store!
This is a great question! Per the Governor's mandate, as well as the rules to enter the Pike Place Market, we require a mask to be worn (and worn properly) at all times by everyone school age and older! This means in order to enter AND the entire time you are in the shop. We are limiting customers to 25% of our capacity at this time, but that is evolving as the state regulations change. We ask that customers sanitize their hands at our sanitizing station upon entering. We have lots of fun goodies to check out, we want to make sure everyone's hands are clean. We wipe down the pin pad and charge machines between each transaction, and also have plexi between the staff and customer at the cash register. We ask that you use cards to pay, as we are not currently accepting cash, in order to avoid contact as much as possible. I hope this answers your question well enough! Please call us if you have any further questions or concerns!
