As someone with celiac disease, the fact that Capitol Cider has a fully gluten free menu is a dream come true! I got a veggie burger (impossible burger) and a flight of cider, but it was the fries that were the star of the show. So salty, crispy and delicious!

Amazing little restaurant and cider house. Get the meads, they're incredible... I went back later for another one, haha. Also, You HAVE to try the char-grilled broccoli... It's ADDICTINGLY delicious 🤤. IMPORTANT: Ask for a paper menu because the online menu might not be accurate. (I had a little mix up with the mead flight that I ordered, but they were very accommodating)

Everything was amazing!! We got the wings, cheese curds, and chicken sandwich. All very delicious. Will be making this place a regular part of our Seattle trips.

First time been here. Didn’t know that it is a gluten free restaurant. We ordered broccoli, calamari, cheese curd and polenta with chicken. All tasted delicious especially the cider. Wait staffs were friendly and provided good service. I highly recommend come to this restaurant if you never been. They have lots of options for food and drinks.

I think I was waiting maybe 20 minutes? But that was the off season and the wait was *For Sure* worth it. I'm honestly pondering a trip just to go to that specific restraunt again.
