If I could I would give 10 stars.

Even though it's an older building, the experience is great with a toddler room, drop-in activities, classes and specialty camp for kids. There will be more classes in the fall. The Center Is in Green Lake Park which is a great place to spend the day. Easy access via public transportation.

I love that this paved path is pedestrian only now.

Outside Basketball court is slanted. Staff inside is rude. Place needs to be tore down & rebuilt. The "Mens" shower is a open prison stall. Open door where anybody could just walk in. There's a condom dispenser next to the sink. I would not bring your kids here, it's a issue that seriously needs to be addressed. "Mayor" Ed Murray was a representative of the the "Green Lake/Capital Hill area. I've never seen a "COMMUNITY CENTER" like this. Shame, because a lot of people come up to this area.

Are the showers open and are they individual rooms?
8pm, 430 sat, close Sun
They did before Covid-19 I'd call to find out for more information they have a small weight room inside along with a pool.
There are mobile shower units set up outside of the community center available for public use. (Primary goal of service is to provide showers for homeless) There is staff there to answer additional questions.
Actually JAMES TRAIL they do at the end of the day for sure. Ive been there plenty of times before they close the showers. Theres a ypung guy that used to be in the military his ethnicity im not sure of it could be japanese maybe im not good with it. And ive forgot his name. I get in the 10 mins before shut down and afterwards i see him cleaning even when people dont pick up after themselves. But there is also the YMCA will let homeless people shower if you have id and are respectful with not leaving a mess. Just like anyone should that goes to the greenlake community center. A lot of people depend on that place so i would say its community help be part of the solution and ask them dont start calling health places and possibly get a place shutdown. Ask them if they do ask ic you can help. That's the meaning of community volunteering your time. Thank you James remember it is seattle not the hilton.
Usually people play outside when it's nice but it's hard to get a 5v5 in the gym sometimes. They are usually open gyms like around noon sometimes they are open late if there isn't ping pong
I'm not certain. It's been awhile since I've been there. You may want to call them to check.
Is huge. You can do stand up paddle and othrr activities on the lake. Its very nice there.
