Someone in your party needs military ID to get aboard the air station for sure and if I recall correctly from my visit, military ID is also required when you check in at the housing desk to get your RV site.
No, it's not. However, you do need to have someone who is active or retired military, who will sponsor you; they have to have some kind of military ID to show, and they must be with you, when you enter the base.
