I only did a 4yr hitch in USMC, Have VA med and a dd214, Is this enough to rent a space at most of these type of parks? Do you allow FT living there?

At present the park only allows active duty personnel. It should be opening soon to retired personnel. No, it's only open to active and retired personnel from what I was told.
