Clean , not crowded, beer on tap. Clean bathrooms. Good sound. Helpful staff.

Love love love the updates!! First time coming back to the theater was to watch Topgun in the upgraded VIP seats. It is well worth the upgrade fee. I felt so comfortable and had so much space between us and the row in front of us. Can't wait to come again.

Finally. It's almost like a new theatre! Serving liquor (at selected showings), and new seating (well, used, but in new condition), which are not falling apart!! Including "VIP" recliners, for extra $5 per ticket. We went to an afternoon matinee which happened to be quite low in attendance, & the ticket taker told us we could sit in any empty seat. Note: this is not usual practice, so if you want a recliner, plan to pay for it. The projection & sound are also VERY much improved, but whether from new equipment or simply getting the old stuff repaired, we don't know. Sure is nice, tho. The basic popcorn, sodas, & candy are available--and are good!--but nothing really special. We hope that will change soon, with perhaps a rotation of couple of classier evening offerings for adults and older teens on their first date--to go with the wine, of course. . . . Several months later: Just saw TG: Maverick - the sound (system) was awesome, the picture was perfectly balanced in color, tint, saturation, etc. So that it felt like we were there on the flight deck or in the cockpit.

This small, recently updated theater boasts two screens with several rows of VIP upgrade chairs that are super cushy and allow you to recline and kick your feet up while still enjoying a great view. There is a small bar on the side if you get there just a touch early, which is recommended for upgrading to the aforementioned cushy seats. What this little gem lacks in size and screens they make up for in personality and comfort. The facilities were clean during my visit and the staff was kind and attentive. Will definitely be back to lounge in those chairs for a few hours.

Yes, it's open to everyone of all ages, non military and military alike.
Absolutely. Just stop in anytime we’re open and see the manager on duty.

Yes, the movies change almost weekly.
It's based on region, and saturation. In other words, it costs to run this movie, so based on the margins for this theater, they must hedge their offering to maximize profits, factoring in the limited screens, number of seats, and number of showings. Sorry, but it's probably more than you wanted to hear. My advisement would be to go to the Cascade Mall in Burlington to the 14 screens. Happy viewing.....
YES, All 3 audotiruims have a wheelchair space next to a regular seat in case you also have have a companion but no assistance is needed.
Thank you David & Carissa for your comments. Some corrections are in order. We have 3 screens, not two. Secondly, we are the only cinema that has luxury VIP motorized recliners in 2 of the three cinemas. There are NO cinemas in Whatcom county or Skagit county that offer what we offer. Thirdly, we open every major film on the National break which means you can see the same film in Oak Harbor and don't have to drive off-Island to see them. If the movie is expected to do well we will play it at the same time. Obviously, if there were several blockbusters released at the same time (which the studios won't due) then we'd play the best one and then play the others in a few weeks. Finally we hope that you would support your local businesses during this pandemic and especially after it is over, which it will be. Thank you Alex and I hope to see you at the movies in Oak Harbor.
