I'd suggest do it after the Ferris wheel if you plan to do both, otherwise you'll be bored on the slow moving ferris wheel after the energetic wings-over-Washington experience!
They run every 20 minutes or so
They start at 10am and the entire experience is approximately 15 minutes to complete. They do not take reservations and load on a first come first serve basis. The average wait time is 10-15 minutes, and when they are busy wait times may be more than 30 minutes. Holiday weekends tend to be the busiest days of the year where wait times can be over 1 hour.
They run around every to 20 minutes so you can just show up and buy a ticket and stand in line for the next ride. Lines will probably be a bit busier this time of year
I think so. When j went we waited for a line to forn then we went in. Not positive but i believe they have scheduled times
