I've heard that the facility isn't replying to emails and or picking up the phone. I am now also experiencing the same service. Does anyone know if you still have to go in to the facility to cancel the membership?

The gym opened up on June 29th. I have been in to work out, there have been staff there you can talk to. I've also seen them answering calls

They have been pretty busy answering calls. I just joined and noticed them always answering calls.

Good afternoon this is Tanya the owner, We just open on June 29th prior to that we had been closed since March 16th and there was no staff on site to answer phone calls. We are doing our best to answer all calls during staff hours but sometimes there are multiple calls at 1 time. Per membership agreements cancelation policy is that cancelation requests can be done in person at the front desk or mailed in via United States Postal Service. If in person needs to be done by the 25th of the month or by mail post marked by the 25th as to not be billed for the next month. I hope this helps.
