The reason that I would give this rating is because, the owner is friendly and very knowledgeable, but he tells you what you wanna hear and once you have the tree, he will not help you. Promised to board my tree when I go out of town, and when I called to drop off my tree, he was kind of rude and just said that they don’t do tree boarding. Nice trees though! A bit expensive, but remember, you got what you pay for!

Rad place to pick up bonsai trees and supplies. They sell large bags of bonsai soil that they mix up definitely recommend. Scored a beautiful gingko for my fiance's wedding gift.

If the tree isn't that big, I'd take it in and they can take a look and help you figure it out
I dont believe they have specific pre-assembled kits however, they sell everything you need to get started practicing the art of Bonsai. Bonsai Northwest offers classes for a range of abilities. I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
