I dont believe they have specific pre-assembled kits however, they sell everything you need to get started practicing the art of Bonsai. Bonsai Northwest offers classes for a range of abilities. I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
When just starting out, my husband and I bought some of our first trees here and while they don't have "kits", they have everything you could possibly need to get started. They are very friendly and helpful and some library books about bonsai and online research have helped us learn the basics. They also hold classes at the shop that teach you the art of bonsai as well.
