As others mentioned NW Trek is not a national park, it is however quite close to Ranier National park, which is well worth a visit.

No, it is an animal sanctuary type thing. The Hellyer family started the park to preserve the animals.

No it is not. The land was gifted by a family to create an animal habitat.
