On your initial visit you will fill out a waiver and sign a consent to behave form. It will be kept on file for future visits. If they are busy you may have to wait for admission but you do not need an appointment.
You need an appt for massage and treatments not sure about just using pools and sauna but that is not free. Its an awesome place very theraputic not fancy though.
You need an appointment for massages but not for using the sauna /cold plunge area
For personal services, yes. For the spa, no.
