Northacres Spraypark

Fun for kids of all ages. Buckets, spray "guns," and fountains galore. We visited during a "heat wave" and the park was busy but not overwhelmingly so. Plenty of space to rest in shaded areas and right next door to the playground. Win-win!

Nice spray park for cooling off on a summer day. There's the thing in the middle that will dump out water as well as some spray guns you can redirect on the side. Lots of grassy area all around to be able to put out a towel to dry off on, though most of the area is sloped and exposed, only a little bit of shade available in immediate vicinity

Fun park with lots of cool stuff. The spray park is great in summertime (just know that the water didn't turn on until 11 AM). The playground is great for all ages-- there's one for under age five and one for over age five, but they're right next to each other (good for parents with kids in both age groups). There are picnic tables right next to the playground. And then there are really nice walking trails and on the other side of the park there's an off leash dog area.

The spray park is a great part of Northacres park for young kids to safely play & cool off. There's no wading pool or pool of any kind that might create a safety issue for toddlers, just safe gentle water coming out of a variety of fixtures. All of the kids I saw there were having a good time. One more thing -- it's free!!
