There is a Kids’ Zone with it’s own mini-simulator. Bring cash or quarters.

Yes if they reach a certain height (at least 4 feet I believe) and have to pay separate from the entrance fee (flight simulator)

There are several flight simulators in the museum, check their website for age and height requirements. Note: all the simulators are extra to the entry fee.
