I have always been into diving but it is nearly impossible to find a public place that offers diving. Is there some sort of diving classes or open diving to the public we can go to?

They might have public classes available. It is a nice facility and they have 3 or 4 levels of diving platforms. Probably their website would be the best source of that kind of info.
