Mind your business and that park is fine the homeless dont bother you if you dont bother them
They'll continuously ask you guys something but whether or not you give them anything they'll say thank you and then they'll back off and leave you alone.
Like Joseph said, the homeless only bug you if you provoke it. And they don't usually enter the dog park part of the park. The only thing that reaches the dog park is the sound of their generator.
