Very cute! There's a new playground and it's lovely. There's a smaller playground for the younger children and two larger playgrounds for older children. Climbing structures, swirly slides. This place is also cool as there's a wall for parents to sit upon as well as artificial turf along the play grounds. Very neat.

Nice, short walk with a few decent elevations. There are 3 bridges and a few stair sets with a running stream below. It's a nice little walk that's easy to get to from anywhere in the Renton area. If you can't make it up to the mountains this is a decent alternative. You can always do multiple laps if it's too shirt for you.

Lakeridge is a heavily wooded park with a creek and a nice, moderate hiking trail. There is a great sense of peace and nature here, very calming. My only complaint is that there are no signs in the park so I don't know where to turn to take a loop (as seen on Google Maps) back to the trailhead. Fortunately the park isn't very big and there are only just a few intersections. I went into a dead end the first time but then I found my way back out.

Cute little play area and ball park, near a pizza place. The best part of the park (unless you have kids) is a hiking trail, accessible primarily from the neighborhood behind and on the hidden side. Both sides have very small parking areas. The portion with the playground, on Rainier Avenue, has the larger lot and can accommodate maybe 8 cars. The trails accessible from the neighborhood have a small pull off area that can accommodate maybe 3 or 4 cars.

The trail is not paved or level, and there are a lot of tree roots. I would not consider this particular park very accessible.
Robin, the full trail from the entrance and back is 8/10 of a mile with a gain of about 130 ft, part of which are stair steps. It's a beautiful, rain forest feel. I highly recommend it for an easy hike. Just watch out for eroding cliffs in areas.
At the sign there is a few places to park maybe 3 spots
