My daughter and I had a picture taken inside the exhibit. How can I retrieve it. I thought I did at the kiosk when we were done, but there is nothing in my email

Try checking your spam folder. Mine showed up there.

I got my picture in a couple of days. If it doesn't arrive in a day or two, I'd just call them up

Sometimes it takes uoto a week. Call customer seevice to make sure you get it if you have already found the photo at kiosk and emailed you.

I received my photo via email about a week later.

We found our photo at the kiosk. If you're having trouble I would call customer service at the gardens.
