Do not call the Chamber They will lead you astray. The last time that I spoke with them they gauranteed me the park was open to camping and RV I then brought my 30 foot Montana across the ferry only to find out they were wrong. The Chamber is unreliable and clueless!
The campgrounds are open now. However, they are still working on the showers, restrooms and offices. So as of January 2021, campers must be self contained. No tent camping. The sites are large long and level. Full hookups. No tables yet. There is a temporary trailer office for checking in. They have a gated entrance with passcode for after hours.
Was open in October i am sure it is now. You should call chamber of commerce at Port Aransas.

Don't know last time I was there it was before the last storm now it's a big disaster
