Our goal is to deliver your pics in 45 minutes. Orders take a few minutes to freshly make, 20 to cook. There are processed in the order received so busy tubes of day, big game sports on TV and delivery distance all factor into delivery time. We have a new app now that makes it easier to order & track your order.

I don't know anything about their delivery service, but I go there every Monday for lunch with my friends. We have been doing this for many years.
Have no idea, they won't even deliver to me. But the one that used to deliver to me would take forever, then call and say they couldn't find my house, by the time they got here the pizza was warm at best.
Because that place is terrible tbh
