Does it cost $15 a night now, or is it still free?

I can also confirm this to be true as I stayed 2 nights here last week.

It cost $15!!! Was just there a few days ago. Google reviews said it was free but it is not. $15 per car, additional for second vehicle. Also last week the bathroom was being worked on and out of use
