Black card membership includes access to their special amenities: Tanning bed and booths, massage chairs and beds, and the total body enhancement (a red light therapy tool). You get unlimited access to your home gym and all other locationss and can bring a gues with you.
When I had it, it meant you could always bring a guest as many times as you wanted. I think there was other stuff too. Also free fitness training and can go to other fitness locations
You also get massage and tanning
