After being a loyal black card holder for multiple years now I can honestly say I will never give Planet Fitness another dime every again. Any location. After seeing a gym-goer purposefully not wipe-down 3 pieces of equipment in the 30 minute workout room after use, I let the staff know kindly that there was a man who was not cleaning off his equipment. After they asked the man he said he was and they left him alone, I pointed out that he had not and we are working out in the same room together and he has failed to do it multiple even after I had asked him two times to do it and he acted like he ignored me. After he called me a “idiot” the staff said they would be calling the police. I promptly cancelled my membership and I’m so disgusted how a PUBLIC GYM can allow patrons to stay and remain working out and remain members when they CHOOSE to not clean equipment. I have 4 family members who have black cards per my recommendation of PF and they will be cancelling now.

Do not fall in this trap! First off if you get a member ship at this store you can't go anywhere else. I canceled my account over 6 months ago and still continue to be charged by planet fitness. Not only monthly fees but nsf fees. Ive contacted planet fitness and my bank to dispute this. Not only have the charges continued they're charging 40-65 dollars amonth to my card. To the point I've had to cancel my bank account and open a new card. I tried calling for help but their only suggestion is to go to the store to get it handled and I no longer live in state. If I could give 0 stars o would. F planet fitness for stealing my money. Interesting how you can sign up super quick and easy no hassle but canceling cost you an arm and a leg and a bunch of time.

All was good in the gym, minus the men’s locker room; what’s the point of the gym without THE OPTION of taking a shower at the gym. Not the first Planet Fitness without a bathroom—that’s nasty since it’s COVID and where is everyone (males) using the bathroom—last question, where are the male employees washing their hands? You got 3 stars for having a decent sized facility minus 2 stars for no bathroom/locker! Bathroom availability at a gym is crucial for sanitation in general!

For the past 4 months I have been going to Planet Fitness here in the Colorado Springs.. It's been a source of strength and healing dor as a former Marine, and LEO and Emergency Medical Tech. Truly awesome staff and great place to connect with follow Veterans as well. Just all around superb. Especially Planet Fitness of Airport Road. And when you turn 60 as I have its best to work out, because it beings to droop.... 😂

I would guess so as a gym, but you should call and speak to an employee at the business rather than asking random map contributors or since your online...their website might tell you if you don't want to call...
Go to 24 hour fitness. Actual classes and ten times as many classes. Well that is if one would consider what planet fitness in the springs offers as classes.
I don't think so, but if you let them know that you are interested they may just let you work out to try before you buy 😉

Please note that any PF Black Card® guests must be 18 years old with a valid ID, unless they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This is a 30 day thing....everyone stop freaking out and pulling out money out of these businesses..... These companies are already gonna take a big hit, let's not make it worse.
Planet fitness has a shared parking lot. If you're in planet fitness, I'm sure you won't have an issue during that duration.
13-14 parent needs to be with you. 15-17 parent needs to sign a waiver for you to be alone in there. 18 and up no parental consent is needed.
Black card membership includes access to their special amenities: Tanning bed and booths, massage chairs and beds, and the total body enhancement (a red light therapy tool). You get unlimited access to your home gym and all other locationss and can bring a gues with you.
I believe you cannot, they like to have a card associated with your account.
