I've never been for brunch, but I'd advise to give them a call and see if they do reservations
Unfortunately, I've never been successful in making a reservation for brunch as I am unsure if they take them. What's best is going, checking in (even if they're busy).
I've only been there for cocktails in the evenings a few times and every time I've been there it's never been overcrowded that's why I enjoy going there.
