Been in 2 x recent, needed help and 1st time she just verbally told me where to find what I was looking for. Then 2nd visit I asked where to find something and was pleased that a employee took me to the area and physically helped. Then the other day I needed to see if a shirt on wall had my size and when I went to desk she paged help never came.
