I've been here five years. I'll agree with you on the a/c cleaning. It took 4 months for them to come to clean mine. But you have to realize, there are than just our apartment and your apartment in this complex. Just be nice and make sure you talk to Francis. The current assistant manager seems to get distracted alot. As for your car getting towed, it's pretty obvious you weren't following the rules. I see cars up and down Dabney all the time, parked in the driveways, in the yards, in the backyard, severely out of date registration and practically faded Temp tags, parked in carports with a permit, and parked on the wrong side as pertaining to direction of travel. My car was towed once, by Lonestar Towing (the previous company) and they were extremely overzealous with their tactics. This new company is extremely lenient on comparison.
