This is a lovely, very nicely kept, affordable, one level apartment building for retired folks. My parents sold their home in the country to live here and they are very happy. It's neat, clean, updated. Each apartment has a front door to a very large, attractive shared front lawn, and also a for leaving to the inner hallway of the building. It has a lovely, roomy common room with a bathroom, piano, stereo, large dining table & chairs, and extra seating around the room. I'm very pleased for my parents to have this place.
