Most beaches do but I do know that some beaches demand the dog be on a 6foot leash. And there is one beach that is protected for there highly concentrated bird nesting and dogs are not aloud but it's CLEARLY POSTED AT EACH BEACH about there RULES :)

Yes , they are, as long as you keep them on a leash, please make sure to bring share since there are is not a shade at all

I had my dog there and many others did as well. I didn't see any signs that they were not permitted
