The hotel sits behind another business so I passed it coming in. Looks better online & Price doesn't match the accommodations to me. Breakfast is continental, rooms are small, pool area is small & the gym is just a treadmill & an elliptical. To me the price should be maybe $200 a night (for holiday prices) instead of the $365 I paid per night. Thought when I booked a suite I would have a small studio apartment feel but it's just a regular room with a table, a microwave & a mini fridge for some razzle dazzle. Loved the front desk staff & the location is good. 3-5 miles from the major attractions of the area. Also kind of like that the housekeeping is by request instead of someone just coming in your room.

Good morning Carol This email is in regards to a terrible experience I’ve had with you all at your Rehoboth Beach sleep and location I’ve tried calling however I was told the manager was on break and would call me back and I have not received a call back. My name is Deona Conte. I stayed at SleepInn with my three children over this past weekend. We checked in on Friday evening and checked out Sunday morning. Upon checking and our experience was great the redheaded woman at the front desk( excuse me I have no other way to describe her)was exceptional! I am a small business owner As I explained to the representative when making my reservation and lately we have been able to have the bittersweet opportunity of traveling more than usual. When arriving I was a little disappointed as I explain to the representative when making my reservation I was in town for a function for my business and my mom came to watch the boys Sunday night. I was expecting a room to have a kitchenette I was expecting the hotel in general to have a heated outdoor pool all of these things were discussed when making my reservation. However those specifications were not met. After a long day of traveling the boys and I checked in and settled in the room. I went downstairs to get a few snacks and drinks I purchased popcorn in the microwave did not work the popcorn burnt!I begin to do a light clean in the bathroom when I realized it needed a deep thorough cleaning! It looked like this bathroom had not been cleaned in over a week! I was too tired to unpack and move the boys and I. I clean the bathroom bath the boys change the sheets and continued on. Saturday night I went to my function I arrived back a little around 2 AM. I could not get into my room when entering my room it was showing red and green. When explaining this to the front desk concierge he suggested maybe because my wristlet and my phone had been so close together it may have messed up my key. He suggested I go upstairs and try again so I did it. I came back downstairs. I told him it did not work he suggested we both go upstairs try it and come back downstairs. I told him it’s 2 o’clock in the morning I have three children I would rather be able to get into my room when going upstairs. He stated he would have to change my room anyway so that’s why he wanted us to both go upstairs and come back downstairs. I explain to him I have three children and my mother upstairs there would be no changing any rooms why not change keys. He than kindly came upstairs with a spare key to make sure that I can get into my room. Sunday morning my mom the boys and Iwent downstairs for breakfast we arrive downstairs at just about 9. As my mom was making waffles for the boys the waffle mix began to run out when asking the young lady working and the breakfast area for a refill the young lady got quite feisty with my mother. The young lady hastily explain to her that she would not be making any more mix nor would she be putting any more mix out. My mom questioned as to why she was unable to serve us when we had been there certainly by 9 o’clock and breakfast does not end until 930. The young lady continued to argue with my mother in the dining area instead of speaking as an adult. That behavior was absolutely unacceptable and saddening. We don’t work in hotel services we don’t know how these things go we are used to good positive customer service when asking for reasonable request they are typically met. As I have just booked a staycation with choice hotels I pray this is not how my vacation will go.

Had stayed here a couple of years ago and had a good experience. This time everything seemed worn out and banged up. What we were told was a queen sized bed was smaller than the queen we have at home. AC/heating unit was incredibly loud.

Positive: It was very clean. The room it's self was quiet. I like you could control your own temperature and a choice of an auto fan for overnight. Location was easy and traffic not too loud. Negative: I wish hotels would do something about other guests slamming their doors. My door seemed like it would not shut the entire way and it was loose.
